Day one -The costume arrived today. I could go on about the packaging or how cool it is (which it is), but I won't, and that has been covered by other reviews. This is strictly about fit - probably what most consumers agonize over - what size should I get?I ordered the SMALL. My son is 5.9 years old, 45.5 inches tall, and 48 pounds. The costume fit perfectly. We have about 1.5 inches to spare in the leg, .75 inches in the sleeve, and the rise and body are fairly snug like pajamas.I would say that size SMALL is suitable for a child up to 47 inches, maybe 48, and up to 55 pounds. After that, you're on your own.
