I am a size 12/14 and I ALWAYS have to order up in Halloween costumes. I kinda wish I didn't with this one, because not only is the fabric fairly substantial and forgiving, it's definitely generously cut. I could easily have gone with the XL. I would say the XXL (which I ordered) would easily fit up to a size 18. The accessories are as nice as the pic displays. I only wish the fabric bow was sized accordingly, as it does NOT span beyond the costume quite as exaggeratedly as it does on the XS model.
