I had to order a wig to use in place of another that I ordered earlier but still hasn't shown up. While this wig came right on time, it's not. . . quite like the image. I understand that right out of the box a wig has to be styled, but there's just no amount of coming or tugging that can get this wig to look like the picture. Mine didn't have any of the curl - instead odd vague waves. and I can't quite position the pins to look the way they do in the picture, so the illusion of pigtails isn't quite fulfilled. However, it's not shedding, it's not itchy, it's a good size for me, and it is the same color as pictured. I'll have to find a friend with more hair experience to get it to look right, though.
